The Gallery is ideal for business meetings with room for table work, break-out space and catered luncheons. The theatre is perfect for larger presentations with raked seating and great acoustics.
Looking for something more social? The gallery offers a warm, intimate setting for cocktail parties, celebrations and corporate events. Our train platform, caboose and gardens provide a beautiful background for photographs with plenty of colour and charm.

AVAILABILITY: Larger meeting rentals are ideal on Mondays and Tuesdays as our cafe is closed to the public on those days. Smaller rentals can usually be accommodated during or after regular business hours.

Meeting Space – 25 people max (gallery or on stage in the theatre)

- Starting at $100/hr Gallery or Theatre for events under 25 people. Includes site manager.
- Starting at $150/hr Gallery or Theatre for events over 25 people. Includes site manager.
Independent Theatre Shows
- Starting at $80/hr (minimum 3 hours). Additional fees may apply.
